 I’m often asked for resources, so I thought I would list some here.

1. Colorado Cross Disability Coalition: www.CCDConline.com  This is my go to site. They posted interviews with election candidates and their position on disability issues and also directions for voting online.
2. Center for People with Disabilities: www.CPWD.com This is the agency that helped me transition into community living from the nursing facility.
3. Adult Care Management Inc: https://www.acmico.org/ this is the company that manages my home health and coordinates with Medicaid for payment. Meaning that I don’t pay out of pocket for a caregiver.
4. Health First Colorado: https://www.healthfirstcolorado.com/. Colorado’s Medicaid.
5. Colorado’s Department of Health Care Policy and Finance: https://hcpf.colorado.gov/. Runs Colorado’s Medicaid 

6. RAE: Regional Accountability Entities https://www.coloradohealthinstitute.org

7. Rocky Mountain Human Services https://www.rmhumanservices.org/

8. Colorado Health Alliance https://www.cchacares.com/

9. The Association for Community Living, The ACL: https://www.aclboulder.org/
